F.A.Q.
Q - “Why does the Invoice have printed on it ‘THIS IS NOT A TAX INVOICE’ “
A - This is because you have printed from the ‘Print/Preview’ window the purpose
of the print/preview is just that, to print and preview the Invoice, at this stage
the Invoice can be edited and the amount is not posted to the customer account.
Q - “Can I edit an invoice once a final print has been done”
A - You can edit the
order number and the body text by ‘right clicking’ the mouse on a selected invoice
or credit.
The labour and parts can not be edited. See the help file ‘Sales Receipts’
for more information.
Q - “What is the system password”
A - ‘manager’.
Q - “What happens to my data when the time trial ends”
A - Nothing, the data remains intact with no size limit, the only thing that changes
within the program is the ‘Nag’ screens appear.
Q-“You say the sales amount is posted to the customers account, we don’t have account
customers?”
A- That’s fine but your customers are regular customers so you have created
a record (or account) for repeat business, when the customers invoice is printed
the amount is sent to the customers account (or record). This can then be paid off
at the time of the transaction or later on, this is a small amount of data entry
but keeps an accurate record of your sales receipts and how much you are owed and
the ability to print or E mail statements.
